HW UNDER CHASSIS WASH – High Pressure Wash
The UNDERBODY WASH is a high performance touchless wash system ideal for washing the under chassis of heavy vehicles.

- The spray bar activates automatically when the vehicle passes through the washbay and is detected by a loop sensor in the ground. Others still use low cost light barriers that fail in high humidity conditions.
- A range of dry run protected pumps from 11kw to 32 kw depending on speed of wash desired and the type of clean required.
The World’s most effective underbody wash system
Our under chassis cast in manifold was designed by our founder Varuna Krishnaratna in 1997. It revolutionised the heavy vehicle underbody washing industry buy enabling a low cost civil works option – particularly on existing wash bays where down time for civil works needed to be minimised.
Since then it has been copied widely in the industry around the world. However subtle engineering improvements from the designer of the original manifold, means the Arrow Hawke units have now all but eliminated slab fracture and fatigue prevalent with lower cost copies provided by others.
The basic unit comprises a galvanised steel or stainless steel fabricated manifold. This framework is 3000mm wide and can be installed in existing or new truck and bus wash bays.
Technology
The equipment is automatically started thanks to photocells in all three versions and optional extras that complete the wash process of any commercial vehicle type, which makes it a totally dynamic and adaptable system.
